What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer secure checkout through PayPal. In many cases, PayPal also allows customers to pay with major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, without creating a PayPal account.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your destination and local delivery conditions.

During holidays, customs checks, or high-volume seasons, shipping may take a little longer.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow a short time for the tracking details to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to selected countries and regions.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their local customs office.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact us at Support@safeina.com before sending any item back.

Are SAFEINA stones natural?

SAFEINA jewelry may feature natural stones, lab-created stones, opal, lab opal, zircon accents, and crystal-inspired materials depending on the design.

Because materials can vary by product, please refer to each product page for the most accurate material information.

Will the stone look exactly like the product photo?

Each stone may have slight variations in color, pattern, glow, and clarity. Lighting, screen display, and handmade finishing may also affect how the jewelry appears in photos.

These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry beautiful, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, sweat, and harsh chemicals.

We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Store each piece separately in a dry pouch or jewelry box when not in use.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@safeina.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@safeina.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and help provide a suitable solution.
