At SAFEINA, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags, cards, pouches, boxes, or accessories included, if applicable

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings may only be returned if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, or if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customized, engraved, personalized, final sale, or gift card items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank, card provider, or PayPal may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order.
